  • External organisations. Note: Unless you have given explicit consent or we are permitted to do so by law
  • Third parties for unrelated purposes

  • GDPR Article 6(1)(e). To carry out our public duties
  • GDPR Article 9(2)(b). To comply with the law

How long we will keep your personal information

We will only keep your information for as long as necessary. The retention period is either dictated by law or our legitimate requirements. Once your information is no longer needed, it is securely and confidentially destroyed.
